I am so grateful to Creative Play KC for sharing her craft. Ha. See what I did there? But really. She's the expert in all things home craftivities so I'm so honored she shared a little piece of that with us!

These are our holy grail items to have on hand to be able to entertain your toddler with ease :) But if you're looking for a one-stop-shop, Creative Play KC has amazing play kits, sensory bin fillers, and sensory play items that will have you sipping your coffee in peace while it's still hot.

• Butcher Paper or Kraft Paper

• Construction paper

• Crayons (these chunky crayons are amazing for first time colorers)

• Liquid Glue & Stick Glue

• Dot Markers (these metallic ones are super fun too)

• Kid-safe scissors (my absolute favorites for beginner scissor work are found here from Lakeshore learning)

• Small add ons like: Pom pons, Pipe Cleaners (or these glitter ones), Popsicle sticks, Feathers, Googly Eyes, & Buttons (note: these things really add up because you are buying huge packs that will last you YEARS. Maybe try adding one pack to your collection per month!)

• Washable Paint Sticks

• An art easel (I love this tabletop version if you're short on space)

• Dot stickers
